Who We Are

The Garage Door Specialists Vance, AL Homeowners Call First

5 Star Garage Door Service isn't a booking hotline that farms your Vance, AL job out to whoever's cheapest that week — we run our own crews and stand behind the work.

We'd rather explain this upfront than have a Vance, AL customer find out the hard way what "cheapest available" actually gets you.

Professional Garage Door technician working in Vance, AL

5 Star Garage Door Service keeps Vance, AL coverage tight enough for fast arrival, but inventory deep enough that a second trip for parts is rare.

We've fixed doors installed decades ago and doors installed last year — Vance, AL's mix of older and newer construction means our trucks carry parts for both.

Every 5 Star Garage Door Service crew in Vance, AL operates under active insurance that protects your property, not just ours.

We run Vance, AL scheduling on software built for trade dispatch, not a booking calendar borrowed from another industry, which is why arrival windows tend to hold.

We send Vance, AL crews to manufacturer certification courses for new models rather than leaving them to guess at a system released last year.

Catch It Early

Warning Signs A Vance, AL Door Is About To Fail

Most emergency calls we get in Vance, AL started as a small noise or a slow drift weeks earlier.

New Noise On Every Cycle

A sudden bang mid-cycle often means a cable has jumped its drum.

Uneven Lift On One Side

A door that looks tilted mid-cycle is under uneven load and can jump the track without warning.

Opener Reverses Randomly

A door that won't fully close is a security gap for Vance, AL homes and businesses alike.

We'd rather talk you through a five-minute phone diagnosis than have you wait until the door fails completely at the worst possible time.
